From an AD standpoint, it is relatively
straight forward. -But I do not have experience upgrading
from Novell. Your 98 clients (may) have a problem
connecting to w2k3. But, you can get around this by install the AD client on
the 98 system. From an Exchange standpoint: Make sure that you do not have multiple
mailboxes attached to a single user. Exchange 2003 does not support this.
This was one of the things that bit us on resource mailboxes (meeting rooms,
etc). Are you considering using third-party
tools, such as NetIQ. It sure made our upgrade a lot easier. S From:
