[ActiveDir] 2003 Domain Controllers

When running DCDIAG on one of my dc's I receive the following message:   "Starting test: frsevent There are warning or error events within the last 24 hours after the SYSVOL has been shared.  Failing SYSVOL replication problems may cause Group Policy problems"   I did a search on Technet but could not find the message.  Does anyone have an idea of what it means?
