Thanks. I stopped and restarted the FRS service on both dc's and no longer receive the error message.

There's an event log message in your File Replication log that's reporting an error.  Check there and look that error up.

When running DCDIAG on one of my dc's I receive the following message:

 

"Starting test: frsevent

There are warning or error events within the last 24 hours after the SYSVOL has been shared.  Failing SYSVOL replication problems may cause

Group Policy problems"

 

I did a search on Technet but could not find the message.  Does anyone have an idea of what it means?
