Running AD 2000.  Have not made the move to 2003 yet.
 
Sorry in advance for the dumb question, but I have been tasked with writing a technical document for my help desk employees on how to create users in active directory.  I'm not only looking for a best practice, but also something that will teach them what each tab in the user's profile is/means.  I've down searches on TechNet and in the knowledge base but I have not come across that much.  Does anyone out there have any good links?
