True, but it isn't a good way to troubleshoot either. It is just like when admins see a problem and the first thought is "REBOOT!". This stuff won't get better if people don't take the time to troubleshoot and try to understand what the issue is. There is a reason why Windows is known as the operating system that you reboot to fix, that is what Windows Admins know how to do...
