That should help you out. It will include DNS
replication with your AD replication. The other thing that you want to
look at is if you have your sites and links configured in AD. That will
help AD better manage replication. If you have, you may want to recheck
those settings.

Set it to allow zone transfers to the listed items, and then run a nightly
(hourly, whatever) script which enums the DCs in each domain, and adds/subtracts
the list accordingly.
