I've been quite successful with XCOPY with the /O option (in addition to
whatever else you want to put out there). Granted, there are other tools,
some third party that excel, but this is a good, in the box familiar tool to
just get it done.

Subject: [ActiveDir] File servers permissions ?

Good morning everyone,

We're going to migrate our domain NT4 to 2003. We have a big file server.
What's the best way to migrate ntfs permissions on each file ? Scripts ?

We won't use admt and sid history, we will create a new 2003 domain.

Thanks,
