You may want to try adding the sites to Trusted Sites. We had to add a number of sites to trusted sites once we migrated to SP2.

I have SSL and TSL selected and we are able to connect to our OWA server, but unable to connect a banking page for example. Now I checked on a windows 2000 machine and we are able to get to the page. I don't have anything in the policies that I see that tells IE how to handle secure sites but then I could be missing something. Any Ideas where to look.
