Actually, no. I don't have the problem when not in cached mode (good call Al). Any ideas why that is?

The only way I have got them to view the calendars simultaneously is to remove their outlook profile and create a new profile. But...then they can only view them simultaneously the first time outlook (2003 cached mode) is opened.
