Yes. The syntax is a bit different, but it will work. Just read the readme

Actually, my original response should have been
 
Robocopy
Robocopy + Hyena (for share permission}
 
Robocopy itself will do the NTFS re-ACLing and you would then use Hyena to
copy the shares and share permissions
