Hyena is not free, but it is not THAT expensive. Permcopy is a free reskit, IIRC. You could use either xcacls or robocopy for the ACL. I have seen both of them hiccup before, so I can't say one is better than the other. But, since you are using robocopy to copy the files anyway, why not use the built-in permission feature so that you don't have to go back and do xcacls after the fact. Whichever you use, you should bear in mind that the account that is running the process must have access to the files being copied, otherwise you run into issues. Also, use the log capabilities of robocopy so that you can go back and see if anything fails during the copy. Make sure you set your retry threshold VERY LOW (I usually set it to 1) otherwise robocopy will take infinity to complete. Oh, maybe you will get to the rtfm part in about a year. It's not really that important readme is a misnomer, I think they meant to call it ignoreme ;) Sincerely,
