I think I am missing something obvious, It looks like there is an option to remote control a computer with active directory and it gives the option of interacting with the users session. I can never get it interact with the users session it always locks the users screen and then gives me control. I’m using the ts client to connect to the computer, should I be using some other clients to view their session? Or am I not going to be able to have an interactive session.
If You are connecting to the Windows XP on clients side it is expected behaviour - to share session with the client You have to use remote assistance tool
