Joe,
I would recommend using eventcomb to track this down. It is
a two-part process.
Load eventcomb and choose built-in query, account
lockout.
Point it first at your PDC emulator.
The events on your PDC emulator will have the IP address of
the DC where the lockouts are occurring.
Then point eventcomb at that DC and it will give you the IP
address of the client where the lockouts are occurring.
Log in, log her out and she will be good to
go.
There is another tool that queries every DC in your domain
for lockout status but I think this eventcomb process works the
best.
Warmest,

continuously keeps getting locked out. We’ve reset the user’s password
(multiple times), took the computer off of the domain, renamed the computer, put
it back on the domain, etc. This user works primarily out of her home
office but is at our headquarters yesterday and today. She had a junior
admin reset her password and install some software (adobe) yesterday and has had
the problem ever since. Anyone been done this road
before? Joe
