OK, now that we've got that out of the way, here's what I was trying to say
in a round-about way. DNS Islanding is a W2K issue. If my reading materials
and readings glasses are good, then this problem does not afflict W2K3. So,
when you said "True for Windows 2000 well", I thought it should be rephrased
as "It only applies to Windows 2000, and not Window 2003".
