Close. We have AD and Exchange already, we are merging a company that has NDS and Notes, we are going to migrate the Notes mailboxes to our Exchange org then do the NDS -> AD migration later.

Some of the products in the market use the password changing moment to capture it and write it to the NDS and to the AD (like Quest does) As the clients are joined to the domain, have the novell client and primarily logon to the NDS and secondly to AD (using the same user account and password) the user will be able to access the exchange mailbox using the outlook client Is this an answer to your question?
