I have always preferred IBM servers personally. For tech they tend to be about 6 months ahead of HP and Dell and if you're a good sized company you can actually get an IBM server for less than HP.
HP makes a great product too but the support depends on who you get your maintenance from and can vary greatly. Dell servers are alright as well, but as mentioned I don't think their tools are up to the same level as IBM and HP.
