Terminal services for server 2003 should not be installed unless you are using it for a terminal services server. If you are strictly using Terminal Services for server management, un-install terminal services and use remote desktop.

If you are talking the all servers in the domain I know that at least two of them do have terminal services installed and running. We ran into the problem where we started up the server then wondered why we had this problem. Have you checked to ensure that Terminal services were not installed? Joseph B. Also I will check and see if some how my anti-spyware has killed it some how ... [u] It's just a MMC pop up that I can tell. I don't see any Active X now that I've launched it here and reminded myself what it looks like. Me thinks some mmc dll got horked maybe? I don't use that console that much because if I remember right you can't wack off printers connecting [not that I've ever seen anyway] and it tends to draw a small screen which screws up the icons on my servers desktops [I tend to yank out stuff like services, event viewer and the like.
