I think the statement of config commands being easier is pretty relative.
Personally I find IOS to be quite intuitive and I could likely punch out a basic
class map for you here even not doing it often based on the amount of time I

Behalf Of Derek Harris I've got a bunch of their Matrix C2 switches, and they're
working pretty well. The config commands are easier than Cisco to achieve
comparable settings, and the default QOS settings work perfectly with our
VOIP. I plan to add more of them next year; they're a good value for the

planning to go with Cisco, but some Enterasys sales folks promise twice the
performance at half the price. (ok, maybe not quite that good but….) Any
