Don't know about Jorge, but I certainly used NewSID on the second machine
before running DCPROMO. [1]

I guess I missed the previous thread, so this may have already been asked,
but... Did you copy the base VM to build both DC's and if so, did you use
sysprep/newsid/etc before trying to promote them?
