Yes, I know that. What I’m
saying, is that if I manually create a CO from Site A to Site B, the KCC then knows
about Site C, Site D & Site E. But, even though there is a physical connection
(FR), and all ports are open from Site A & Site B, the CO doesn’t get
created automatically. From:
