Your forest admins aren't supposed to be emailing that thing around the company. My recollection is that the license is one year from the date of the ADRAP to be used on the machine it was installed on only.
Actually, I was in an ADRAP with my organization today, and the MS rep said the license is for one year for the forest. He encouraged us to keep it somewhere on the network and use it over the next year.
If you have a multi-forest environment, I guess it wouldn't apply to the other forests.
