Windows Perl Editors?

OK, while Visual Perl looks like it will be nice, someday, I could use a good editor right now. A quick search turned up a couple of editors, but they seem to emphasize creating/testing CGI scripts, and that's not how we're using Perl. So does anyone have a suggested editor that is Perl cognizant, and is geared more toward someone using Perl to do system administrative and infrastructure enabling scripting?   Thanks, Ewan
