Ultraedit http://www.ultraedit.com is great if you are not into VI (as I am not). OK, while Visual Perl looks like it will be nice, someday, I could use a good editor right now. A quick search turned up a couple of editors, but they seem to emphasize creating/testing CGI scripts, and that's not how we're using Perl.
