Please do not post rich text format to the list.

As you will suspect the error means that the package is
currently not available in prebuilt format on the default
PPM server. The documentation I referred you to in my
last message will point you to other repositiores on the
net - have you checked them already?

If you can't find it you might have to build the package
by yourself. Typically that would require that you have
Visual C++ (or whatever the compiler is that they use
these days) installed in the same location as the guy
from ActiveState who built the distribution. Check
Config.pm for details. If you don't have the matching
compiler, you're pretty much out of luck, unless you
are willing to rebuild the complete Perl package.

Anyways, if you're set up correctly, you should grab the
source package from www.cpan.org, unpack it in your
build directory and then do

perl Makefile.pl
nmake
nmake test

and if the tests run through, you can run a

nmake install
