I think the problem lies with the lack of I8N, only an english message on subscription - don't forget most of the world speak english as a second language, even if it is often spoken or written better than native english speakers. I'd like to see how most of the members coped subscribing and responding to a french or hindi mailing list! Suggestion to list admins : Include mailing list instructions in multiple languages? > When sending messages to the list it is a good idea > to trim as much as possible, and not to include your password.
