You could also surround it with an if-zero statement:

if (0) {
        bla bla;
      ....
}

Cheesy but quick!

Is there a way to comment more than 1 rows in perl script.
I mean someting like this:

Begin of comment:

End of comment

I know the metod with "#" in the beginning of each row.
Looking for other.
