Looks like I inherited an installation of ActivePerl on a Windows 2003 server. However, it does not appear working. Perl does not execute from the command line. Even stranger, I can see subdirectories in \per\ in Windows Explorer, but not in the command window. May be an administrative rights problem? How can I fix this and get it working?
