It doesn't seem to have a quoting mechanism and possibly split a prior
text block, so maybe it can't be used properly.
I think people like you that are stuck in this situation ought to try
using webiste based email clients - gmail/hotmail/etc.
I'd like to add I'd much rather drive a Lotus than use the software of
the same name.
