any suggestions on trouble-shooting the following www.gapinc.com search engine issues:
� Remove deleted pages from search results
� Remove multiple hits to same page
� Include vendor-hosted pages in search results
� Enable search results to return in site hierarchy order, instead of random order
i'm new to web development and this site is a low priority for my server admin team.
they have given me authority to do the necessary maintenance, but i don't know where
to start or how to validate configuration.
