That's what I am wondering....they even told me that all their backups were
also infected therefore they could not Restore anything for me.

Then change ISPs - these guys obviously have *no* idea how to manage a
network.

a) They should have some kind of enterprise AV product. Any of Trend, NAV
etc would work just fine
b) Backups should be archived. They should be able to recover something for
you from 6 months ago if they have to, and roll forward changes as required.
Any decent Backup software (Backup Exec) also has AV built in.
c) How on earth did their production machines get infected in the first
place...?
