If you have a copy of your site, even an older one - switch your service get
all set up - then just notify them that you would like you account
terminated - might even want to mention a few things like "lost wages due to
downtime" blah blah blah - hint hint hint... Just give em a bit of a scare,
or if you really did lose money from that you can take it wherever you want,
you paid them for their services and they failed to deliver... /bonk them

That's what I am wondering....they even told me that all their backups were
also infected therefore they could not Restore anything for me.

They probably did it on accident and chumped it off to a '911' thing hah!

Honestly, no clue I've personally heard nothing - might wanna go check
mcaffee.com or something - they would probably have some info on it, if it
exists.
