I was going to go for J2EE as I am starting to work more for large enterprise systems, but now im not so sure!
I may learn both! I already know Java pretty well and come from a OO educated background so C# with .NET should be a fairly easy road for me too. If you're already programming on the Microsoft platform and want to stay on top there for atleast a couple more years, learning .NET is essential. With this in mind, don't push yourself to become a hardcore C# programmer, but general knowledge and insight in the .NET framework will probably be a move. Personally I'm looking forward to getting more hands-on experience with the .NET framework. I've already been reading 5 books on the subject and made webservices (http://golf.sphereworks.dk/webservices/golf.asmx for a first attempt) and so forth. The OO approach is really great, although this is something I'll have to look into. Designing API has become much easier, but with the OO language comes design-considerations that I have to learn.
