Our office and the policy process are evaluated as part of the biennial Faculty and Staff Climate Surveys conducted by Institutional Planning and Research. The questions involve familiarity with policies, ease of finding applicable policies, and the fairness and consistency of the policy process. They are able to break the results down for us on many different levels, which has been very helpful.
