Hi Meg, For Indiana University, go here: http://policies.iu.edu/policies/categories/administration-operations/public-safety-institutional-assurance/PS-04.shtml and specifically note in the "Definitions" section the narrative for "Tobacco and smoking related products" includes electronic cigarettes and notes "It also includes any product intended to mimic tobacco products or the smoking of any other substance." Because the smoking industry and users often want to push that envelope!
