Hello Lynda, At the University of Washington, this policy is part of the Faculty Code: Section 26-31<https://www.washington.edu/admin/rules/policies/FCG/FCCH26.html#2631>, "Financial Emergency." This portion of the code was last revised in 1985 and has not been put into action since that time.
