Hi Eleanor, Virginia Commonwealth University does not have a standalone policy statement that addresses this, but relevant language is included in our Duty to Report policy<http://www.assurance.vcu.edu/Policy%20Library/Duty%20to%20Report%20Policy.pdf>and the VCU Code of Conduct <http://www.assurance.vcu.edu/codeofconduct.html>. Specifically, the following pages of our Code-- 7 (compliance as an ethical standard), 20 (laws, regulations and policies), 22 (foreign laws), and the attestation on page 46, which all employees sign off on electronically:
