Clarification - after reading my own email - it looks as if I may be talking about accepting electronic signatures. What I am asking for is a policy regarding what you allow employees to put in their email signature lines. We have some that are adding inspirational and not-so inspiration quotes and that has prompted a discussion regarding the need for a policy.
