Our consequences for late payments are posted here
http://www.oakland.edu/financialservices/late-payments.  Note the different
tabs and stages.  There's a 1.5% monthly late payment fee. Online
transcripts and diplomas are held. Registration for future terms is
stopped, and students are de-registered for terms prior to the start of the
semester if there's a balance from the prior semester.
