CSU's art collections policy is here:
http://policylibrary.colostate.edu/policy.aspx?id=446
We are also on the verge of adopting an ethics policy as a corollary and I'd be
glad to share that when it's complete.

Subject: [acupa-l] Art Collection policy & procedure

Hello everyone,

As an institution we currently do not have a formal policy or procedure in
place governing gifts made to the College's art collection and there is
increased discussion of the need to have one developed. I would love to see
some examples to get a jump start on this process if you wouldn't mind sharing
what your institution has in place.

Thanks to all of you for your continued assistance.
