Hi Lisa,

The University of Washington also has checklists for this; see the Separating
Employee Checklist web
page<http://www.washington.edu/admin/hr/roles/mgr/endemplmnt/> for two types
(leaving the UW and moving to a different UW department). In addition, faculty
have various options which are outlined on the Separating and Resignation web
page<http://ap.washington.edu/ahr/resources/appointment-changes/separation-and-resignation/>.

My best,

Rebecca

Subject: [acupa-l] Off-boarding / de-provisioning employees

Hello ACUPA members,

I am working on procedures for off-boarding employees (the steps taken when an
employee terminates, takes extended leave, is furloughed, etc.) and am looking
for policy or procedural information your institution may have on this topic.
One component of off-boarding that is key to our work is de-provisioning (the
changes made to software, email and network access), so any information you
might have on that topic would be very helpful as well.

Thank you!
Lisa.
