David:

We don’t have a policy yet, but our associate director of research has formed a
Drone Working Group. In case you want to contact her, I’ve included her
contact information below.

Our airport has also signed an agreement to “to establish procedures for
operations of unmanned aerial systems within KOSU Class D Surface Area at or
below 2,000 feet Mean Sea Level. I’ll send a copy to you in a separate email.

Subject: [acupa-l] Drone / UAV / Model Aircraft Policies

I see that Indiana University has a policy for the operations of “drones” and
model aircraft.

http://policies.iu.edu/policies/categories/administration-operations/public-safety-institutional-assurance/PS-05.shtml

Any other institutions have one (yet)?

I’ve tried searching for “drone policy” and similar terms. The number of false
positives swamps the real hits.

Thanks very much!
