Hi, Amy,

Here, we discuss microaggression a great deal in our extensive diversity
programs. However, we have not codified it into university policy, as it
doesn't really fit the criterion of having "procedures for compliance," nor
would enforcing such a policy be possible. This is treated as a cultural goal,
rather than a university policy at Cornell.
Best,
Josh

Subject: [acupa-l] Microaggression Policy

Dear ACUPA members,

Our Vice Provost for Diversity & Equity is interested in developing a policy
that would prohibit microaggressions on campus. Has such a policy been
discussed or developed on your campus? I would be interested in any information
you can share.

Thank you,
Amy
