Shannon:

I'm not sure if it is compliance software, but... we use the Navex Global Case
Management system to collect incident/investigation information and
documentation in one place. We then use it to create reports that help us
identify units or issues that need particular assistance or intervention. We
integrate the data with a number of trackers that our office maintains (e.g.
quarterly policy report that notes # of investigations per policy, audit and
compliance committee update, etc.)

Here is Navex Global's language for their case management system and our staff
member (Jessica Tobias, [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>,
614-292-5328) who manages it says that it is pretty accurate:
"Our incident reporting software collects data from all reporting sources
(hotline, open door, web) in a single place to help you respond consistently
and quickly to every alleged violation that poses risk to your
organization-regardless of how it's reported. Incident management software
includes robust analytics for reporting and trend analysis and
investigator-friendly documentation, allowing you to create a more holistic
approach to managing ethics and compliance across the enterprise."

If you'd like to connect about anything, let me know.

Subject: [acupa-l] Compliance Software

I know we have previously discussed Policy Management Software, ADA Compliance
Software, and Registration Software but does anyone have any recommendations
for just a general compliance software other than EthicsPoint?

All suggestions are welcome!

Thanks.
