Hello, Does anyone use specialized software for SOPs? As an academic medical center we have very complex procedural documents to create and store. We plan to put procedures on our intranet, while leaving our policies in the outward facing policy library and having software to standardize the process would be helpful.

We would like to know what kinds of software are being used to manage policies and procedures in other institutions. If you are using an in-house solution, what applications are involved? If you are using a purchased software, what are you using and what is your experience with the product? We will need compatibility with MAC and PCs. Thanks for any information you can provide.
