Hi Karen, We've researched several of the options listed on the ACUPA site that Christine references, and are planning to purchase one in the next month or two. We looked into 5 or so in depth, with demos, sandbox time, phone calls, etc. There are some great options out there, with pros and cons to each. The best policy management option would depend on what your greatest need is - archiving, versioning, MS Office compatibility, workflow, attestation, individual or group approval options, etc. Our policy assistant, Anna Pechenina has done a great job compiling our research, and would be happy to share. She can be reached at [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>.

We would like to know what kinds of software are being used to manage policies and procedures in other institutions. If you are using an in-house solution, what applications are involved? If you are using a purchased software, what are you using and what is your experience with the product? We will need compatibility with MAC and PCs. Thanks for any information you can provide.
