Proposed changes to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) are expected to be finalized this year, which may make more employees eligible for overtime pay. How is your institution preparing for these potential changes and what potential impact will they have on your polices? * How to Search For and Evaluate Policy Management Software. Purchasing software to support an institution's policy process is a major decision. If your institution has gone through this process, share with us some insights on what questions to ask, what features to look for and who to have at the table. It would also be helpful to discuss when and how to choose between an outside vendor solution and in-house application development.
