I have to add that when I saw this come through my email, I was in a meeting
and just started to laugh!!

We don’t have a specific policy on this, but it could fall under:

HR-505 Personal Conduct
The personal conduct at all times of any employees of the University shall be
of such a nature as not to bring discredit upon the institution. Conduct
contrary to this policy will result in termination or other disciplinary action.

It could also fall under the Sexual Harassment policy as unwelcomed verbal or
physical conduct of a sexual nature.

Good luck.

Diane,
UVU also does not have a policy on this subject. The policy we have that
discusses nudity is our policy on appropriate computer use. I agree with
Heather on this being an interesting policy topic though!

Best of Luck!

Hi Diane,

UTSA does not have a policy for faculty/staff.

Hands down, this has to be the most interesting policy topic to date!

Thanks,
Heather

Subject: [acupa-l] Nudity (staff and faculty)

Greetings,

I am looking for university administrative policies on nudity. If anyone has a
nudity policy they can share that is outside of Student Conduct (intended to
include staff and faculty), I would be very appreciative.

Thank you,
Diane
