Hello Diane, The University of Washington is in the same category as Perdue on this topic. However, you may want to check in with the folks at University of British Columbia, they have a nude beach that’s either adjacent to or part of their campus. I’m guessing they’ll have a policy or rules posted.
My best, Rebecca REBECCA GOODWIN DEARDORFF Director of Rules Coordination Office of the President 448 Gerberding Hall Box 351210 Seattle WA 98195-1210 206.543.9219 [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> / washington.edu/rules [logo] From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Teets, Jessica E Sent: Thursday, March 17, 2016 1:42 PM To: 'Association of College and University Policy Administrators' <[email protected]> Subject: RE: [acupa-l] Nudity (staff and faculty) Diane, Public indecency is something that is sufficiently addressed in Indiana state law, so we don’t have a policy on it. If anyone has a nudity policy they can share that is outside of Student Conduct (intended to include staff and faculty), I would be very appreciative.
