Mary,

Below is a link to our Purdue Card ID Office. There isn't any information about
the deactivation process on their site, but it has their contact information
under About Us if you want to get in touch with them directly.

We issue cards to faculty, staff, retirees, students, temporary employees and
visiting scholars. Volunteers aren't issued a card or given building access.

Subject: [acupa-l] Deactivation of campus access cards

Dear ACUPA family:

Can you help me find some "best practices" and/or policies from other large
Universities on de-activation of their ID campus cards? We are struggling to
come up with a system.

I would like to find out if other Universities have "volunteers" on their
roster of people who have ID cards and access to buildings?

Thanks and Happy Summer!
