Mary,

Our campus ID card policy includes procedures regarding deactivation. We also
allow cards to be issued to nonstudent/nonemployee community members and
participants in special programs. You may view this policy at:
http://public.wsu.edu/~forms/HTML/BPPM/10_Organization/10.08_CougarCard.htm

Hope this helps —
Deb

Subject: Deactivation of campus access cards

Dear ACUPA family:

Can you help me find some “best practices” and/or policies from other large
Universities on de-activation of their ID campus cards? We are struggling to
come up with a system.

I would like to find out if other Universities have “volunteers” on their
roster of people who have ID cards and access to buildings?

Thanks and Happy Summer!
